Due to the COVID-19 virus, we are offering our quality workshops through a different platform. Please note that this workshop will be conducted ENTIRELY online (via a call-in platform). After you register and as the event draws closer, we will forward you call-in information. Attendance will be via phone and computer, only, and you will hear a live presentation of the workshop outlined below, viewing slides on your computer, with an opportunity to ask questions.
This type of attendance is compliant with APA guidelines and CE credits will be available for all attendees who purchase CE credits and complete the presentation as proposed.

ABOUT THE PRESENTATION
Did you know that there are over 5.5 million Americans with Alzheimer’s disease? Did you also know that two-thirds of Americans with Alzheimer’s disease are women? Join us as Dr. Christopher Christodoulou, Neuropsychologist with the Center of Excellence for Alzheimer’s Disease Program at Stony Brook, gives an overview of the disease, diagnosis and treatment information, plus available resources and best practices for management.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Dr. Christodoulou is a licensed neuropsychologist who provides neuropsychological evaluations and consults with the CEAD team regarding different diagnoses to help guide treatment and care of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and their families. Dr. Christodoulou received his BA in psychology and his MA in community-clinical psychology from the University of Maryland. He earned his PhD in psychology specializing in neurocognition from the City University of New York. Dr. Christodoulou also completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship in neuropsychology at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School and the Neuropsychology & Neuroscience Laboratory of the Kessler Foundation.
